Job Description
NSW Health's SUPPS team in Goulburn is seeking a Senior Social Worker to deliver intensive case management, counselling and home visits for pregnant people and parents of young children.
You will work with the AOD team and clinical nurse specialists to provide holistic, client-centered care.
You will bring tertiary social work qualifications, post-graduate experience in AOD and solid report-writing skills to improve health outcomes and support families in need.
