Job Description
Ordermate in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Customer Success Consultant - Level 2 Support to assist hospitality clients with technical and service needs.
You will liaise with vendors, troubleshoot networking issues, and guide deployments of POS and payments solutions.
The role requires 1-2 years in a similar role, solid TCP/IP, ADSL, WIFI and VPN knowledge, and proficiency with Windows and MS Office.
On-site installations and hands-on hardware/software staging are part of the job.
