Job Description
Serve as the critical operational bridge between administrative operations and active trade workshops across a premier industrial training campus in Acacia Ridge.
You will manage incoming repair requests, engage external contractors, and oversee work orders from issue through to invoice processing.
Working alongside the Operations Coordinator, you will ensure campus facilities and heavy workshop machinery operate safely and without downtime.
The Setting & Tool s Dynamic, hands-on vocational workshop and trade training environment (PPE required).
Advanced MS Excel tracking systems for maintenance schedules and asset repair logs.
Integrated work order management and financial invoice processing workflows.
Collaborative on-site team setting requiring daily interaction with trade personnel and external contractors.
You'll Bring Solid background in facilities coordination, work order management, and invoice processing.
High proficiency with administrative computer systems, specifically MS Excel for operational tracking.
Strong comfort level in blue-collar or trade workshop settings with an understanding of heavy machinery.
Excellent communication, confidence to ask questions on-site,



and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Steel-capped safety boots and full availability for on-site work in Acacia Ridge.
