Title: Business Advisor

Location: South Australia - North + Country
n
Role: 12 Month Fixed Term contract
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain the designated territory ensuring continuation of optimum service to 1st line accounts;
n
Exceeding net sales target of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory of supporting customers and acquisition targets;
n
Maintain loyalty of 1st line accounts through building close relationships to ensure their requirements are being met by the company's products where possible;
n
Execute agreed business tactics to optimize substitution opportunities;
n
Design & execute quarterly business plans which include targets, action plan & outcomes for each account;
n
Facilitate a 1st class sales experience using business insights, analytics & innovative deal-level strategies;
n
Acknowledge & overcome customer concerns. Take ownership of territory issues & provide appropriate solutions. Escalate to Regional Business Manager if required;
n
Consistently record & assess call outcomes in call notes within the required system.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Science or Sales;
n
At least 1 years experience working within Australia's generic market;
n
1-2 years' experience in B2B complex sales environments;
n
Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets;
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
n
Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
