Job Description
NSW Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant (Grade 1) for the Assertive Community Outreach Team. This role provides advanced clinical leadership, complex assessments, and care coordination for adults with alcohol and other drug issues, addressing barriers to access and coordinating across health and community services.

The CNC works with a multidisciplinary team across Sydney Local Health District, delivering outreach services, and requires travel within the district.
