The Chance
As an
Assistant Educator
, you will:
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children across all age groups
Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow
Work collaboratively with Lead Educators, Room Leaders and the Centre Leadership Team
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Assist with implementing educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Help maintain a high standard of care, education and supervision
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and service policies
Work flexible shifts between
6:30am and 6:30pm
as part of a permanent part-time roster
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Previous experience working in an early childhood education setting
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
A positive, flexible and professional approach to your work
