Spotlight Retail Group is seeking a Dept Manager / Team Leader / Assistant Store Mgr for NSW Regional locations.
You will support the Store Manager, drive daily operations, stock recovery, and KPI achievement while leading a high-performing team.
This role demands solid leadership and a hands-on approach to stock and merchandising.
Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, visual merchandising skills, and an owner's mindset to maximise department profit and customer satisfaction.
