Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Barista
with at least
2 years of experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong attention to detail, and be passionate about crafting the perfect cup of coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with consistency and precision.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our guests.




Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system.
Work efficiently during peak hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Demonstrate latte art skills (preferred but not mandatory).
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Barista.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Latte art skills are a plus!
