Seasons isseeking a proactive and hands‐on
Facilities Coordinator
to join our team at our beautiful
Sinnamon Park
retirement living community, on a
full‐time
basis.
Reporting to the Community Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering facility maintenance services that ensure our buildings, grounds and essential services are safe, well‐maintained and operating efficiently. This is a wide-ranging and rewarding role that combines maintenance coordination, contractor management, compliance monitoring, resident support and grounds oversight, all while helping to create an exceptional living setting for our residents.
You will:
Coordinate preventative, planned and reactive maintenance activities across the community to ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and well‐presented.
Schedule and motivate trades and contractors, ensuring top‐quality work and consistent service delivery.
Manage day‐to‐day community upkeep, including grounds care, waste management, and resident maintenance requests.
Keep facilities running smoothly by maintaining accurate documentation, essential services plans, and an up‐to‐date Preventative Maintenance Program.
Conduct regular facility, safety and compliance inspections, ensuring identified issues are addressed promptly.
Support the team through confident communication, effective admin tasks, and solid alignment with organisational policies, safety and compliance guidelines.
Who we're looking for:
You're someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and building positive relationships with residents, contractors and colleagues. You are organised, reliable and proactive, with a strong eye for detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. Most importantly,
you genuinely enjoy working in a community environment and are passionate about contributing to a positive experience for older Australians. You'll bring a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and a commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
You'll also bring:
2yrs+ experience in an operational hands‐on facilities or maintenance role.
Competent computer and technology skills.
Flexibility with hours when workload demands or in case of emergencies.
Current national police check.
Trade qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential.
