Hilton Perth Waterfront is seeking a Venue Bar Manager for 18 Knots Rooftop Bar in Perth.
You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise the bar team, manage beverage costs, stock, rostering and drive revenue through promotions while delivering exceptional service and a warm, engaging guest experience.
The role requires hands-on leadership, solid team development, and the ability to lead during peak service periods.
RSA certification and WA compliance are essential.
