Key Capabilities
n
n
n
Experience delivering professional data science solutions in an operational environment
n
Experience in programming for AI and Machine Learning
n
Experience with SQL, R/Python, and R Shiny Programming
n
Hands on experience with EDW and cloud environments, ideally GCP
n
Excellent at managing diverse stakeholder relationships to advance and achieve business objectives
n
Proficient in statistical analysis
n
Capable of developing innovative data-driven solutions using advanced analytics methologies
n
Proven ability to set priorities, monitor progress and ensure the successful delivery of functions and programs
n
Capable of meeting tight deadlines efficiently
n




Ability to communicate data analysis to non-technical staff and managers
n
Ability to promote data literacy through effective communication of data that is aligned with work processes
n
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-funtional teams and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
n
Ideally, have knowledge of the Medicare Benefits Schedule or the Pharmaceutical Benefits Schedule
n
Essential criteria
n

n
1.Demonstrated experience with data analytical platforms such as R Shiny, SAS, Power BI, Qlik
n
2.Demonstrated experience in programming for AI and Machine Learning
n
3.Demonstrated experience with EDW and cloud environments, ideally GCP
n
4.Demonstrated experience with SQL, and R or Python for programming
n
5.Demonstrated experience delivering qualified data science solutions in an operational environment
n
6.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within team and across various areas of an organisation, manage diverse stakeholder relationships and communicate data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
n
