Complete accurate case notes, incident reports and other required documentation.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and relevant professionals.

About you
n
Experience working with young people and/or in complex support environments.
n
Strong professional boundaries and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
Clear communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
n

A sound understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
n
The reliability and flexibility required to work within a 24/7 residential care environment
n
Experience in special education or delivery of vocational education programs will be highly regarded
n
A Certificate IV or higher in Child, Youth and Family Intervention, Youth Work, Community Services, Education, Human Services or another relevant discipline will be highly regarded
n
Relevant overseas qualifications and professional training may be considered on their individual merits.
