About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Garden Maintenance Assistant to join our close knit team on a full time basis. You'll work alongside our team leaders across a portfolio of stunning, high-end residential gardens, where attention to detail and care for the client's property is everything.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Carry out garden maintenance including pruning, planting, mowing, weeding, and general upkeep
n
Maintain the high standards our clients expect and our team is known for
n
Apply sound horticultural knowledge and best practices on the job
n
Operate and care for tools and equipment safely and responsibly
n
Travel between sites across the Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs
n
What We're Looking For
n
Minimum 1 years experience in garden maintenance or horticulture
n
Certificate II or III in Horticulture is a bonus,



but not essential
n
A natural with clients, friendly, professional, and takes pride in representing the team
n
Punctual, hardworking, and genuinely passionate about quality results
