We are seeking a Chef or
Cook
to join our team at the
Cooee Hotel
in
St Georges Basin NSW ****
. In this position you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and exceptional customer service to our guests. Working with our Chefs you will gain experience.
What you'll be doing n

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our seasonal menu
n
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
n
Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience for our customers
n
Follow all relevant health and safety regulations
n
What we're looking for n
n
We are looking for someone passionate about food & Customer service that wants to expand on their skills, working with some of the best Chefs on the Coast.
n
Strong knowledge of food preparation,



cooking techniques and hygiene practices
n
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
