The Role
This position offers broad exposure to corporate and commercial work, including:
Mergers and acquisitions (M&A;)
Equity and debt capital markets transactions
Corporate advisory matters
Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
Commercial arrangements and contract negotiations
Corporate governance and regulatory advice
Corporate restructures and business reorganisations
Drafting and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements

You will take an active role in matters, working directly with clients and contributing to practical,
commercially focused solutions across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
About You
We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers looking to further develop their technical expertise within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:
4–7 years' PAE in Corporate & Commercial law
Experience across M&A;, corporate advisory and commercial transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
Exposure to corporate governance and commercial contracting
A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client objectives
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
