As we continue to evolve in a changing aged care landscape, we're seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive performance, identify growth opportunities and strengthen financial sustainability across the business.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Home & Community Support, you'll partner closely with operational, finance and workforce leaders to deliver commercial outcomes that support both organisational performance and exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be responsible for n
n
Leading the commercial strategy across our national Home & Community Support division
n
Driving improvements in revenue, margin, funding conversion and package utilisation
n
Developing pricing strategies, commercial models and business cases to support key decisions
n
Identifying revenue growth opportunities including fee-for-service and emerging market opportunities
n
Leading workforce productivity, rostering optimisation and performance improvement initiatives
n




Partnering with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful commercial insights and sustainable results
n
Building and leading a high-performing commercial team while influencing stakeholders across the organisation
n
About you n
You'll bring a proven track record of leading commercial performance in a large, complex service-based setting and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
n
You'll likely have experience in:
n
n
Commercial leadership, strategy, finance, business performance or operational improvement
n
Pricing strategy and governance
n
Commercial modelling and business case development
n
Workforce productivity and operational performance initiatives
n
Executive stakeholder management and influencing outcomes across large organisations
n
Leading high-performing teams through change and growth
n
Aged care, health, community services or similarly complex sectors highly regarded
n
n
