Scaffolder - Fall protection and Scaffold installer n
We are seeking an experienced or trainee Scaffolder to join our team at Super Safe Scaffold in Bayswater, VIC. As a Scaffolder - Fall protection and Scaffold installer, you will be responsible for the protected and efficient installation, maintenance and removal of scaffolding structures to support construction and industrial projects. This is a full-time permanent position.
What you'll be doing n
n
Erect, dismantle, and modify scaffold structures according to safety regulations and client specifications
n
Ensure all scaffolding is installed correctly and safely, with a focus on fall protection measures
n
Inspect scaffolding regularly and make necessary adjustments or repairs
n
Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and coordinate scaffolding needs
n
Maintain detailed documentation and records of all scaffolding work
n
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
n
What we're looking for n

Experience with tools and construction sites is preferred
n




Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome challenges on site
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project stakeholders
n
Ability to work at heights and in varied weather conditions
n
Team members residing locally to the Bayswater area
