National Glass is currently seeking motivated and safety-focused HR/MR Truck Drivers / Truck Loaders to join our team at our Mount St John manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role combining local deliveries and away runs throughout North Queensland with warehouse and dispatch duties, offering plenty of variety in your day.

About the Role
n
As a Truck Driver / Truck Loader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their glass products safely and on time.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering glass products Locally and throughout North Queensland
n
Loading and unloading glass products safely
n
Preparing and loading orders for dispatch
n
Racking and storing glass products
n
Conducting quality checks before dispatch
n
Assisting with warehouse and dispatch operations
n
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe work setting
n
Working closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on schedule
n
n




This is a physically active role that combines driving with warehouse responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team.

What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for people who are:
n
n
Hold a current HR or MR Driver Licence (essential)
n
Committed to working safely every day
n
Reliable, motivated and punctual
n
Willing to learn and contribute to a team environment
n
Comfortable using computers for basic warehouse and dispatch tasks
n
Able to perform manual handling and physical work
n
n
While not essential, the following licences and experience will be highly regarded:
n
n
Forklift Licence
n
Overhead Crane experience
n
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
n
n
Don't have experience in the glass industry? That's okay—we'll provide all the training you need.
