The Wynnum Manly Seagulls RLFC are looking for a rehab coach for the **** Hostplus Cup season. You will work alongside the Head of Performance and medical team to safely progress injured players back to full training and competition.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Develop and deliver rehabilitation programs for injured players.
n
Work closely with the?medical team, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Coach?throughout the rehabilitation process.
n
Manage players through?return-to-training and return-to-play?programs.
n
Develop players' physical capacity following injury.
n
Monitor player progress and adjust rehabilitation programs asrequired.
n
Ensure injured
playersremain?physically
and mentally engaged?with the team setting.
n
Assistwith?injury prevention and player
robustness?strategies.
n
Maintainaccuraterecords
of
rehabilitation,progressand
player readiness.
n
Communicate regularly with relevant
staffregardingplayer
status and progression.
n
