We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department at our TTC Branch.
n
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing service requests, providing repair updates and helping resolve service-related enquiries. You will also coordinate repair schedules, support the daily operation of the workshop and complete the associated administrative and reporting requirements.
n
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
n
n
Schedule and coordinate repair work to support efficient workshop operations and Service Technician utilisation.
n
Communicate regularly with customers and provide timely updates on repair progress.
n
Maintain accurate customer profiles, service records and departmental data.
n
Process work orders, warranty claims and product improvement claims.
n
Complete daily invoicing and assist with resolving order-related issues.
n
Work closely with the Sales Team to coordinate servicing before machinery delivery or collection.
n
Support Workshop Supervisors and Foremen in achieving operational targets.
n
Reconcile warranty accounts, customer debtor accounts and maintenance records.
n
Prepare accurate reports relating to technician performance, bonus calculations and departmental results.
n
Ensure service operations remain compliant with OEM and other applicable requirements.
n

About you:

A strong customer service focus and the ability to identify and prioritise customer needs.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
n
The ability to learn current systems and tasks quickly.
n




A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute positively within a team.
n
Advanced computer skills, including experience with digital reporting and maintaining accurate records.
n
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
n
At least two years' experience in a customer-focused role.
n
Completion of Year 12
n
