Eaton is seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner
to join our ANZ team. In this influential role, you'll work closely with business leaders across a diverse and dynamic workforce, providing strategic and operational HR support that enables growth, capability development, and high-performance outcomes.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering people solutions that align with business objectives and support a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent management and organisational effectiveness
Providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management and leadership capability
Supporting change management and organisational transformation initiatives
Driving employee engagement, retention and development programs
Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation




Managing employee relations matters and supporting investigations when required
Collaborating with regional and global HR teams to implement key people initiatives
Supporting succession planning and talent development activities
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar role
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Experience providing advice on employee relations, performance management and change initiatives
Commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work autonomously
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
