Envigor is looking for an experienced
Finance and Procurement Officer
to join our forward thinking, agile company who are continuing to see impressive growth and pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the private aged care industry.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a full time/permanent position located at our Corporate Office in Brendale. The Finance and Procurement Officer manages the end-to-end purchasing process while handling associated financial administration, including accounts payable/receivable and vendor contract negotiations. They ensure compliance with policies, maintain accurate financial records, evaluate supplier performance, and optimize costs to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement& Sourcing: Planning, sourcing, and purchasing goods, materials, and services, including negotiating contracts and tender preparation.
Financial Management: Managing accounts payable/receivable, processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and assisting with budget preparation and monthly reporting.
Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluating supplier performance, resolving disputes, and maintaining relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
Compliance & Policy: Ensuring all procurement and financial activities align with company policies, statutory obligations,



and audit standards.
Inventory & Records: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate procurement and financial records.
Selection Criteria
Applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:
A minimum of 2 years' recent work experience in all functions of procurement and accounts payable/receivable
Experience using Oracle software for end-to-end accounts payable/receivable will be advantageous
Understanding of GST
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to adapt to change and new systems/processes quickly
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Demonstrated ability to work in a team
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A reliable team player with a can-do attitude
Ambition to help the business grow to its full potential
The successful candidate will need to provide:
Current National/Federal Police Check / Yellow Card and;
If you have been a citizen in another country after the age of 16 you will also need to have a statutory declaration as per the "Police Certificate Guidelines for Aged Care Providers"
