We're recruiting Factory Hands and Production Workers for a large, well established manufacturing operation in Oxley. You don't need years of factory experience — reliability, a good attitude and being comfortable with hands-on work are more important.

People coming from warehousing, construction, trades, labouring, hospitality or other physical roles are encouraged to apply.

You'll be part of a busy production team manufacturing and preparing commercial construction products. Depending on where you're working, you could be:
n
Loading, unloading and handling products and materials
n
Assisting with production machinery and manufacturing processes
n




Using hand and power tools
n
Measuring, packing and preparing customer orders
n
Completing general factory duties while keeping your work area safe and organised
n
What we're looking for
n
Factory experience is useful, but it isn't essential. We're looking for people who:
n
Are reliable and turn up ready to work
n
Enjoy physical, hands-on work and being active throughout the shift
n
Can follow instructions and work safely around machinery
n
Work well as part of a production team
n
Want stable, ongoing employment and are willing to learn
n
A forklift licence or previous manufacturing experience is highly regarded, but we're also happy to consider people looking for their first opportunity in manufacturing.
