Production Assistant (with Forklift Ticket) Location: Morwell, Victoria Job Type: Full time / Casual (Amended as needed) Sector: Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics About the Role We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and physically fit Production Assistant to join our busy team based in Morwell, Victoria. This is a dynamic, split-responsibility role that keeps you active. It is perfectly suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to divide their time between hands-on factory work and operating machinery.
The day-to-day balance of this position is roughly: 70% Production Support: Manual handling, processing, packing, and maintaining assembly line flow. 30% Forklift Driving: Loading/unloading trucks, moving raw materials, and feeding production lines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily production targets on the factory floor.
Safely operate a forklift to move stock and clear production areas.




Monitor product quality and adhere strictly to site safety guidelines.
Perform physical labour and general factory upkeep.
We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven history working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or high-volume production environment.
Licences: A current, valid Australian Forklift Licence (LF ticket) with demonstrated operating experience.
Physical Fitness: This is a highly active role. You must be physically fit, capable of continuous manual handling, and comfortable standing for extended periods.
Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to occupational health and safety (OH&S;) practices.
Pre-Employment Requirements
