APCO White Hills, Bendigo are looking for a passionate Grocery Supervisor to help bring it to life.

APCO is a proudly Australian-owned petrol, convenience and grocery retailer operating under APCO, Cafe 24/7 and Andersons Supermarket. We're known for combining convenience with old-school customer service, and our newest store is set to be something special.

The Role n
We're looking for a hands‐on retail leader with experience in grocery or supermarket environments who thrives in a rapid‐paced, customer‐focused store.
n
You'll take ownership of the grocery floor — leading your team, managing stock and merchandising, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Leading the day-to-day operations of the grocery department
n
Managing stock ordering, merchandising and product presentation
n




Helping create rosters and supporting your team to succeed
n
Coaching and developing team members
n
Delivering exceptional customer service every day
n
Maintaining high standards of store presentation, hygiene and safety
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Experience in a grocery or retail leadership role (3+ years preferred)
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A hands‐on approach and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
n
Passion for fresh food, retail and customer experience
n
Physical capability for lifting and being on your feet throughout shifts
n
A motivated, positive attitude and drive to succeed
