We're looking for an experienced Residential Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business growth across the residential property management division!
n
This role would suit an established BDM who already understands the residential property management market and knows how to generate, nurture and close opportunities.
You'll ideally bring: n

BDM, Property Management or Property Sales experience
n
A demonstrated ability to prospect and win new business
n
Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
Excellent relationship-building ability
n
Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
n
A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
n
Professionalism, resilience and persistence
n
A personality that contributes positively to team culture
