Job Description
Hearing Australia is seeking a Client Service Specialist at Bendigo and Castlemaine to greet clients, attend to counter and phone enquiries, and manage reception and general administration including bookings, claims, data entry and monthly reports.

You will liaise with clients of all backgrounds, including children and adults, some with complex needs, and perform minor hearing aid repairs while supporting clinicians with patient care.
