nWe're hiring a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD/PsyD) to conduct autism diagnostic evaluations for Adults, Teens, and Children via telehealth — as our founding diagnostician, building the function from zero. Families across the country wait months for an autism evaluation, and nothing starts until that evaluation is done. Finni Health already delivers ABA therapy to kiddos across the country; diagnostics is how we close the gap between "something's going on" and "care has started." You'll be the clinician who builds it.n

nWhat You'll Don
n
nConduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations via telehealth for children and adolescents in New Mexicon
n
nReview developmental, behavioral, medical, educational, and family historyn
n
nAdminister and interpret evidence-based diagnostic tools and clinical assessmentsn
n
nWrite clear, timely diagnostic reports that hold up to payer and school scrutinyn
n
nDeliver findings and next steps to caregivers with warmth and clarity, and coordinate with referring providersn
n
nSet the standard: build the diagnostic protocols, report templates, and quality bar this function will run onn
n
nWork directly with our product and ops teams to shape the tooling around youn
n
nFocus on evaluations while we handle scheduling, insurance, billing, and credentialingn

nRequiredn

nDoctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in psychology from an APA-accredited programn
n
nCurrent licensure as a psychologist in good standing, with no disciplinary actions — either already licensed in Current Mexico, or licensed elsewhere and eligible and willing to obtain NM licensure, which we will pay for. You may be based anywhere in the U.S.; this role is fully remote.n

nDemonstrated experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disordern
n
nStrong assessment, clinical interviewing, and report-writing skillsn
n
nComfort working independently in a remote setting, and real fluency with softwaren
n
nExcellent judgment, empathy, and communication with familiesn
n
nAvailability to work as a **** contractorn

nPSYPACT participation or eligibilityn

nExperience with telehealth-delivered diagnostic evaluationsn

nFamiliarity with evidence-based autism assessment tools (ADI-R, CARS-2, BOSA/TELE-ASD-PEDS, or similar)n

nExperience serving diverse pediatric and family populations, including Medicaidn

nInterest in building systems, processes, and standards from the ground upn

nPrior startup or early-stage company experiencen
