We're on the hunt for a game-changing educator to lead our Netball Victoria: Sport & Business Program Delivered in partnership with Netball Victoria, this isn't your typical classroom teaching role - it's your chance to inspire young people through sport, leadership, and real-world industry experience, whilst gaining their Diploma of Sport and Diploma of Business qualification.

What You'll Love About Working with us

Flexible working – Yep, you read that right. We support balance and flexibility. 3 days of face-to-face teaching, 1 day of online teaching and 1 day for partner meetings, collaboration & team building, attending expos and even occasional work from home!

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Designing and delivering an engaging, real-world learning program in partnership with Netball Victoria.
n
Creating awesome student experiences that bring the curriculum to life.
n




Coaching students through personalised career and development plans.
n
Leading strategic industry projects with Netball Victoria (think: real briefs, real outcomes).
n
Mentoring students on their next steps – whether that's study, work, or chasing big dreams.
n
Driving a culture of inclusion, respect, and high performance.
n
Continually improving the program and spotting current opportunities for growth.

Who You Are

You live and breathe sport and education. You're a confident communicator, a positive role model, and thrive when you're making an impact. You're excited by the idea of working alongside Netball Victoria - and bringing your energy into the classroom every day.

Here's what you'll need:
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Education, PE, Human Movement, Sport, Business or similar.
n
VIT registration.
n
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****) – or willingness to obtain.
n
Teaching experience
n
Current industry experience in both sports and business (bonus points if it's in Netball or similar).
n
A current driver's licence and First Aid certification (including CPR).
n
A genuine passion for mentoring young people and helping them thrive.
n
