Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operator to join one of our Shepparton-based manufacturing clients. Starting as a casual, you will be working full time hours from Monday through Friday with both day shift and afternoon shift available.
n
Positions vary from operating machinery and equipment, forklift work, assembling components as well as general labouring duties.
n
The successful candidates don't necessarily need experience in a manufacturing environment, however a keen eye for detail, being able to work in a team environment and having a positive "can do" attitude is essential.
What you'll be doing
n
n
Operating machinery and equipment to assemble products to specification
n
Manually assembling components / products
n
Perform quality checks at various stages of the production process
n
Maintain a clean and organised work area
n




Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
n
Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
n
Operating all sizes of forklifts up to 12 ton
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Previous experience in a production or assembly role will be highly regarded
n
Forklift license with experience highly advantageous
n
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Ability to work well in a team
n
Being able to stand for long periods of time and lift over 15kgs
n
