We're talking warehouses, factories, shopping centres and commercial buildings - sometimes
thousands of square metres at a time

, and we're looking for good painters to join the crew.

Don't know roof membranes? That's okay.

While experience in commercial roof painting and membrane application is preferred,
it's not essential
.

We're more interested in finding the right person - someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, who turns up, listens, wants to learn and fits in with the team.

If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
n
MPC provides
full training and on-the-job upskilling
in our roof membrane systems, application techniques, equipment and processes. We also support and fund relevant industry qualifications and tickets as you develop your skills.

You don't need to know everything on day one.
You just need to be willing to learn.

Seeking capable painters who have experience in commercial roof painting. Base rate of $40 per hour for the right applicants.

Must be able to turn up on time, be reliable and speak reasonable English.

Requirements n
n
Must have at least 2 years experience
n
Experience of applying metal roofing membranes preferred but not essential
n
Good work ethic is essential for any successful applicant
n
Work well in a team environment and be self driven if working alone
n
Have a vehicle
n
Willing to learn and take on direction from team members
n
Open to working interstate on occasion
n
Preferred Requirements (not essential) n

EWP Certified
n
Experience with a range of spray guns
n
WWC
n
High Risk Work Licence
n
Experience with temporary anchor points, static lines and live edge rail systems
