This is a hands-on leadership role across bar, bistro and gaming. You'll work alongside an experienced team, take the lead on shift and help keep the whole venue running smoothly.

What you'll do
n

Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences, from warm welcomes to the little extras
n
Take pride in your venue, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
Coach and encourage your team so people feel valued, build confidence and thrive
n
Complete cash handling, reconciliation and daily reporting accurately
n
Take responsibility as Manager on Duty, including opening, closing and shift decisions
n
Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards
n

What we're looking for

A supervisor ready to step up or an experienced manager ready for their next career move
n
A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career
n
A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
n
Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
n
Availability across opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
n
Current RSG and CLO, with RMLV and Approved Manager licence highly regarded, or willingness to obtain
n
