We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Weighbridge Operator / Administration Officer to join our team in Lismore on a 6-month maternity leave contract.
n
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with strong administration and computer skills who enjoys working with customers and is looking for a Monday to Friday role with consistent hours.
n
About the Role
n
Working Monday to Friday, 7:15am - 3:45pm, you will be responsible for a combination of weighbridge operations, customer service and general administration duties.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights and movements
n
Assisting customers and providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Processing customer payments and handling transactions
n
Completing general administrative duties and data entry
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
Using computer systems to enter and process information
n
Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with any queries
n




Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Must undergo a Medical Drug and Alcohol Test
n
Must undergo a Police Check
n
Previous administration or customer service experience
n
Strong computer and data entry skills
n
Good attention to detail and accuracy
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Confidence handling payments and transactions
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
A reliable and professional approach to work
n
Previous weighbridge experience is advantageous but not essential
n
n
