Installations Coordinator
to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our business, coordinating the journey from check measure to installation while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role n
As our Installations Coordinator, you'll be the key link between our customers, supervisors, installers, and office team.
n
n
Scheduling and coordinating installation appointments
n
Booking and managing check measures
n
Liaising with building supervisors and installers
n
Communicating with customers and keeping them updated
n
Managing and updating job information within
SM8
n
Monitoring installation schedules and resolving scheduling challenges
n
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
n
Providing administrative and operational support across the business
n




Assisting wherever needed as part of our close-knit team
n
n
To succeed in this role, you'll be someone who enjoys a challenge, can think on your feet, and remains calm when priorities change.
You'll have: n

Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination
n
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
n
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
n
The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Confidence working independently and as part of a small team
n
Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
Experience using
SM8
(highly regarded)
