We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead heavy digital projects, shape key business capabilities, and deliver high-impact digital solutions (websites/mobile apps) in the
financial/insurance
space.

What You Will Do:
n
n
Identify and quantify digital business opportunities through intelligent analysis, process modelling, and current/future state assessments.
n
Formulate, prioritise, and execute work packages while maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders to drive business value.
n
Lead process discovery workshops, facilitate group dialogue to gain consensus, and design best-practice business solutions.
n
Plan, elicit, and manage business requirements and backlogs while engaging with vendors and aligning solutions to product roadmaps.
n
Coach, mentor, and build capabilities across the business analysis practice using formal methodologies and frameworks.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:
n
n




Demonstrated experience in business analysis and delivering complex digital transformation (websites and mobile apps) within financial services setting is highly preferred.
n
Proven track record in eliciting requirements and building analysis models, including BPMN, data models, and context models.
n
Advanced communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels.
n
Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience applying improvement methodologies such as Human-Centred Design or Lean Six Sigma.
n
