About the role:
n
n
Work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department
n
Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
n
Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
n




Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are metProvide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.

About you:

n
Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles
n
Exceptional customer service and people management skills
n
Technical knowledge and theability to interpret
n
Reliable and enthusiastic with a robust work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics
n
Passionate for motorcycles.
