Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites is seeking a full time Guest Service Agent dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. You will greet guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and share local recommendations to enhance each stay.

Across channels you will communicate with guests, maintain reservations in our PMS, and be the main point of contact throughout the stay at our Sydney property.
