Client Manager – FMCG Grocery

We're looking for an experience Client Manager or Account Lead who can drive project delivery, build strong client relationships and turn data into actionable commercial insights.

About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Client Manager who thrives on building relationships and delivering high-impact results.
You'll be the trusted link between our key grocery clients and internal teams, driving day-to-day delivery, uncovering growth opportunities, and translating insights into action.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with key grocery clients
Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
What You Bring
Proven experience in client management and/or account management
Agency & Grocery Experience: Solid agency background with relevant experience across the grocery sector.
Industry knowledge across FMCG, retail, consumer goods,



merchandising or field marketing will be highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and grow client relationships
A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving and opportunity identification
Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and are skilled in analytics and insights generation
Confident communication, influencing and presentation skills
Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
Utilise Excel to manipulate different data sets when it comes to project set up and analysis.
Leadership capability - you can coach, motivate and elevate a team
