Roster:Casual | Various days and hours available
Pay:$***** base rate + casual loading + penalty rates (as applicable)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Catering Assistants to join our dynamic aged care team in Jesmond.
In this crucial, hands-on role, you will assist in crafting and serving nutritious, high-quality meals that directly enhance the health, comfort, and daily wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and service delivery
Prepare and present texture-modified foods with care and precision
Deliver friendly, effective service with a smile
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures




Desired Skills and Experience
About You
Previous experience in a kitchen hand, catering assistant, or hospitality role
Exposure to aged care, healthcare, or contract catering environments (desirable)
Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently under pressure
Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
A respectful and caring approach to working in aged care
