Client Services Officer - Retirement Living
Christian Community Services – Cherrybrook NSW
We are seeking a warm, organised and service-focused Client Services Officer to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement living community.
Reporting to the Retirement Village Manager, you will be a trusted first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and service providers, while delivering responsive reception, administration, resident support and sales assistance.
This is a part time role worked on site.
Why you'll enjoy this role
Build genuine relationships with residents and help create a safe, connected and thriving community.
Enjoy a varied role combining customer service, administration, resident support and community activities.
Work closely with the Village Manager and a supportive team committed to quality, care and continuous improvement.
Contribute to a purpose-led organisation guided by Christian ethos, excellence, respect, care, equity and stewardship.
Key responsibilities
Provide a professional, welcoming reception service and respond to enquiries in person, by phone and in writing.
Support residents and families with day-to-day enquiries, new resident onboarding and community activities.
Maintain accurate resident records, registers, correspondence, newsletters and confidential files.
Log maintenance requests, coordinate contractor access and help keep village operations running efficiently.
Assist with accounts, payroll administration, meeting minutes, mail, bookings and office supplies.

Manage sales enquiries, maintain enquiry records and conduct village tours when required.
Follow workplace health and safety, privacy, regulatory and organisational requirements.
About you
You communicate with empathy, clarity and professionalism, particularly when working with older Australians and their families.
You bring strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from a service-based environment.
You are confident using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with CRM or resident management systems such as Village Master is an advantage.
You are organised, dependable and able to balance competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
You remain calm and resourceful when responding to urgent operational issues or resident concerns.
Experience in sales, marketing or public relations, and a qualification in office administration, will be highly regarded.
You are comfortable supporting the Christian ethos, mission and values of the organisation.
About us
CCS is a Christian organisation with a vision that Christ's love compels us to care for and enrich our community.
We are committed to being connected to the community by being inclusive, valuing all people and demonstrating Christ's love through a continuum of quality care as it is needed.
Our values include Christian Ethos, Excellence, Respect, Care, Equity, and Stewardship.
All employees and volunteers are required to work in a way that is consistent with these Vision, Mission and Values.
