maintenance at commercial sites e.g. shopping centres; retirement villages; hotels etc.

Brisbane based work - sites primarily on the south side.

Commercial landscape maintenance (not construction).

WHAT WE ARE NOT:

Advance Plants is focused on excellence in commercial landscape maintenance and are disciplined at what we say 'no' to. For example, we do NOT do:
n
Council mowing / highway mowing / parks. Our team prefers to focus on high quality gardens.
n
Small commercial sites. Our team prefers larger commercial sites, rather than driving to lots of small sites in a day.
n
Residential sites. We focus on large shopping centres, hotels, body corporates etc rather than individual homes.
n
Landscape construction.



Our speciality is providing high quality garden maintenance rather than building new landscapes.

Primarily, we are looking for great people who we'll enjoy having as part of the team. We prefer to wait for the right candidate than rush to fill a gap.

Applicants must have experience in landscape maintenance (i.e. gardening) and/or a relevant horticultural qualification (e.g. TAFE Cert III).
n
Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia. This role is not suitable for those that require sponsorship and/or on working holiday visas.
n
A current driver's licence is essential.
