About the Role
As Leading Hand - Maintenance Grading, you'll be a vital part of our team – by competently and safely leading and supporting our operators in maintaining and improving roads and infrastructure to meet council standards and contribute to projects that enhance the local area and community outcomes.
We're looking for a leader who is a great fit in the team and who is eager to learn and contribute.




You'll work under the Local Government (State) Award, with opportunities to grow your career while making a real difference in the community
What We're Looking For
Experienced grader operator
Experience in leading a team
Must have a driver licence (MR licence is desirable)
Must have a SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
A great attitude and solid work ethic
A reliable and dependable leader who takes pride in completing every task safely and with integrity and efficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Brings a positive, proactive, and community-focused attitude to each task
Pre-Employment Screening
Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete pre-employment screening including a hearing test and drug and alcohol screening
