Right at Home Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing community care team. This is an chance to use your clinical expertise in a role where you can build genuine relationships with clients, work autonomously, and make a direct difference to their health, independence and quality of life.

Working 3–4 days per week, this part-time position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time as our services continue to grow.

About the Role
n
You will provide person-centred clinical care to clients in their own homes, supporting their health, independence and quality of life.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Clinical assessments, reviews and care planning.
n
Wound care and medication management.
n
Monitoring and responding to changes in client health.
n
Supporting clients with complex and chronic conditions.
n
Liaising with GPs, allied health and other health professionals.
n
Providing clinical guidance to Care Partners.
n
Accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.
n
Promoting safe, respectful and person-centred care.
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced RN who is confident working independently in the community and passionate about aged care.
n
You will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration.
n
Aged care, community or similar clinical experience.
n
Strong assessment, communication and clinical documentation skills.
n
Experience with wound care, dementia and chronic conditions.
n
Current driver's licence
n
Current CPR.
n
Relevant Police Check and NDIS requirements, where applicable.
n
