Job Description
Collarcare Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses to provide high-quality clinical care to residents across the Riverina and South West NSW.
This role emphasizes a holistic model of care and close liaison with residents, families, doctors and allied health professionals.
You will document residents' conditions, assist with medications, monitor nutrition, and participate in infection control and admission transitions.
