What You'll Be Doing
Supportingmaintenance work ordersand keeping AMT/AMTI records up to date
Managingtimesheets, rosters and site reporting
Raising requisitions and ordering parts and site supplies
Processingvendor invoices, delivery dockets and receipting
Managing site emails and responding to queries
Assisting withback charges, claims and client invoicing
Coordinatingmedicals, D&A; testing, travel and site access
Supporting subcontractor inductions and client portal registrations
Maintaining site records includingCMS, fuel,



vehicle and access registers
Providing general administrative and safety support as required
What We're Looking For
5+ years' administration experience, ideally within mining, maintenance or a similar industry
Strong organisation andtime management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
Proficient inMicrosoft Office
Experience with maintenance, ERP or site-based systems is highly regarded
Ability to work independently and use initiative
