About the role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Metal Roofers and Labourers to join our growing team at Raptor Metal Roofing Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD ****. As a Metal Roofer or Labourer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional roofing installations and repairs to our valued clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilise your technical expertise and contribute to the continued success and reputation of our company within the building trades industry.

Key responsibilities
n

Install, repair and maintain metal roofing systems on residential and commercial properties
n
Measure, cut and shape metal roofing materials to specifications
n
Prepare and inspect work sites to ensure safety and compliance with building standards
n
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
n
Follow all health and safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
n
Perform general labouring duties including material handling,



site preparation and cleanup
n
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
n
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues
n
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition
n
Adhere to company standards and customer requirements on all projects
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Formal qualifications or proven experience as a Metal Roofer or experienced Labourer in the building trades
n
Demonstrated competency in metal roofing installation and repair techniques
n
Knowledge of building codes, safety standards and industry best practices
n
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights safely and securely
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Reliability, punctuality and a positive work ethic
n
Current Working with Children Check (if applicable) and relevant safety certifications such as White Card
n
Valid driver's license (preferred)
n
Experience with roofing tools and equipment
n
