We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Casual Support Workers to support a valued male participant living with Traumatic Brain Injury, complex behaviours, physical aggression, and absconding risks.
About the Role n
This is a casual, ongoing Community Access role supporting a participant with high-behaviour support needs such as physical aggression and Absconding risks. The role is delivered in a 2:1 staffing ratio, with two staff rostered on every shift.

Significant: This role involves fixed daily shift times. Applicants must ensure these hours suit their availability before applying.
Shift Details (Fixed & Ongoing) n

Shift Time: 11:45 am – 4:15 pm daily
n
n
Minimum Availability Required: At least 3-4 days per week (Monday–Friday)
n
n
Start Date: Immediate start required
n
n
A company vehicle is provided for this shift.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Provide safe, structured community access support
n
n
Support engagement in social and community activities
n
n
Implement and follow Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
n
n
Monitor, prevent,



and manage physical aggression and absconding risks
n
n
Maintain participant safety, dignity, and independence
n
n
Work effectively within a 2:1 support model
n
n
Safely operate the company vehicle during shifts
n
What We're Looking For n

Calm, confident, and reliable support workers
n
n
Demonstrated experience with high-intensity behaviours
n
n
Ability to implement PBSPs and de-escalation strategies
n
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
n
Availability for a minimum of 3-4 days per week
n
n
Ready to commence immediately
n
Essential Requirements n
n
n
Experience supporting participants with behaviours of concern
n
n
Valid NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) and Blue Card
n
n
First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
n
Full Driver's Licence (required for company car use)
n
n
Certificate III or IV in Disability / Community Services (highly regarded)
n
n
