Wellways, in partnership with Connected Care, invites a Service Manager to lead the statewide mental health service across Tasmania. You will guide Clinical Team Leaders, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure coordinated, high‐quality care for adults across dispersed locations.
You will provide statewide leadership, oversee performance, governance, and workforce capability, while maintaining partnerships and driving continuous improvement. Regular travel across Tasmania is required.
