Searson Buck Group is seeking an experienced HSE & Facilities Coordinator for a Glenorchy, Tasmania manufacturing facility. You will own health, safety and environmental compliance while ensuring secure, compliant and efficient facilities.

You will coordinate across HSE, facilities, contractor management, maintenance and emergency preparedness, partnering with operations and technical teams to build a practical safety culture. This Hobart-based role offers broad scope and tangible impact.
