Job Description
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support our clients with complex paediatric care needs across the Northside Brisbane region.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across Monday to Sunday, including both day and night shifts, is highly desirable.
n
Example shift times may include:
n
Morning shifts: 7:00am - 10:00am
n
Afternoon shifts: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
n
Overnight shifts (active night): 9:00pm - 7:00am
n
While experience in paediatric complex care is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills in this area.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manual handling and use of hoists
n
Enteral (PEG) feeding
n
Tracheostomy (trachy) care and monitoring
n
Administration and monitoring of oxygen therapy
n
Airway suctioning in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
n
Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
n
Promoting client independence, dignity, and wellbeing
